They open up at 2pm and my reservation is at 3pm. This spa is barely near our spot but we arrived 10mins late on account of elevator targeted visitors. I was not informed they previously cancelled my reservation and specified my timeslot to a different unexpectedly.All round, I would not advocate this spa to Many others, as the cancellation unexpectedly was incredibly unprofessional and induced me a great deal of inconvenience.
